Partial Planning & Coordination
Wedding planning and event supervision from beginning to end. This package is for the couple that wants guidance from start to finish but has half of their vendors. We will assist in finding the other half. It covers all the detail that go into making a wedding truly memorable. We will combine our expertise with your existing idea to create the perfect event.
Package Includes:
Initial consultation with bride and groom
Unlimited phone and email availability
At least three (3) planning meetings
For vendors you still have not secured: We will assist in the process of locating, negotiating, and booking. We will schedule appointments and accompany up to three (3) meetings per vendor. Coordinate with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner. Ongoing updates and consultation regarding vendor services/products.
Budget Planning - Will assist in creating and understanding a budget
Ceremony Planning
Prepare schedule/timeline and checklists
Final timeline will be prepared before the wedding
Finalization meetings to review all details: The month of the wedding and the week prior to the wedding
